ORDERS

Realms is lovingly made to in London. Please allow 21 working days for the making of your item. Once made please refer to the below for shipping info.

SHIPPING

Each item is sent via a tracked and signed for service. Once sent you will receive an email notification along with tracking information and a despatch email once your item is on its way to you. 

In the rare occasion an item might be lost or damaged please contact us immediately so we can help get to the bottom of it.

If you order products for delivery outside of the UK, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot calculate them at checkout.. The customer is responsible for payment of import duties and taxes.
Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

Standard Shipping Estimates

UK – £8.95 – 1-3 days for delivery once posted.
Europe – £20.99 – 5-10 days for delivery once posted.
Rest of the world – £29.99 – 7-14 days for delivery once posted

RETURNS

Each piece is carefully crafted once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.

Make sure to check the sizing tab in each of the product descriptions to ensure you are purchasing the right size and best fit.
If you are unsure then please email info@shop-realms.com with any queries.. 

Items that are made to order are handmade in the studio by myself or a seamstress and currently we’re unable to offer refunds.

However, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do get in touch to discuss alterations (charged with an additional cost) or there maybe the possibility of exchange on certain pieces within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  1. We are notified via email regarding your wish to exchange an item. If the item is a gift the name of the purchaser must be noted.

  2. We receive the return within 14 days of purchase.

  3. The item is returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags and in original packaging.

  4. The return is posted in the package in which it was received, or in light of damage an equally secure outer box.

Please note a re processing fee may be incurred in the event of an exchange.
